DAB Tuner Tests
Our Revo in-car unit has won a DAB Tuner Test in 4x4 & MPV Magazine, beating rivals from Blaupunkt, Kenwood, Clarion and JVC. "Revo was the first add-on DAB receiver and it's still a great product, better in fact because at £100 it's now cheaper. The stylish control unit shows the usual DAB info and has five buttons for preset stations. Connection is possible to any head unit, either by using the FM modulator or by plugging in directly where an AUX input is available. It sits in a cradle, so is easy to remove."

"A slightly different way of achieving DAB in the car but a cool solution nonetheless. This is a standalone DAB tuner that hooks up to your existing head unit, using either the included FM modualator or a line input. The Revo comes with everything you need - 2 aerials, mounting cradle, etc - so we connected it all up and plugged it in the back of a head unit with an RCA aux input. The Revo picked up over 25 stations and the quality was superb with no crackle or hiss. We also tested the unit through the FM modualaor, and after a bit of fiddling got an excellent reception. The modulator also has a built-in signal booster, so even your FM will sound better. And you can take the unit out of the car and plug it into your home stereo if you want."
